One thing that has bothered me for awhile, is when you call your phone company, and they have all these voice recognition questions. This in itself is a great idea, but have you tried doing that with kids in the house? They yell at the most inopportune times, and the detached female voice immediately intones, "I'm sorry, I didn't get that." I'm not kidding, this happens 3 or 4 times in one call... Can you say "frustrating"? Like today, I was trying to settle a fight while on the phone, so I say "guys!" in a stage whisper... and in that same detached voice: "Did you say, Goodbye?"
ARRRRGGGGGGGHHH!
