random thoughts

1. I discovered something very important today... 5 and 3 year old boys can actually help a lot with housework. Especially when they have something withheld from them until the job is complete!

2. I'm still having caffeine withdrawal headaches, and I'm about to cave and go brew a fresh cup of steaming, caffeine-laden java.

3. Today I decluttered my and Tech Guy's closets. Our bed is piled high with stuff we don't need. What is wrong when the bed is full and the closet is still full?

4. I also cleaned out the fridge and the pantry.

5. I feel like today has been a success so far. Now I want some coffee. Or some sleep.

Wow, I wish I were so motivated! I'm getting work done on the computer, but for some reason, it doesn't seem as fulfilling. Maybe because the results aren't visible...

Sounds like we're on the same wavelength! My boys will be 3 and 5 this Sunday and Monday, and I have a whole guest room of stuff for charity after cleaning out my kitchen, linen closet, and my closet. Phew! It feels good though, doesn't it?

yeah for productive days!!!!

I am sorry I haven't been around lately... I am on the mend, and hopefully Eli will be too when the meds kick in.

I have a sore scratchy throat, that i am nursing with tea, and Zach is feeling achy. It is so annoying how hard we have been hit this winter. I feel like keeping Eli out of school so he stops spreading all these germs! Yuck.

I bought the paprika for you, but I want to add a couple more things, so just know your package is coming...

My eldest boy is 3--he loves to help around the house, especially with cooking.
Sweet blog, BTW.
