Tuesday Lunch: clubhouse sandwiches, carrot sticks
Tuesday Supper: baked salmon, quinoa pilaf, roasted carrots

Wednesday Breakfast: eggs and toast
Wednesday Lunch: sloppy joes, carrot/celery sticks
Wednesday Supper: fish tacos

Thursday Breakfast: scrambled eggs, fruit & yogurt parfaits
Thursday Lunch: chicken noodle soup, fresh bread
Thursday Supper: waffles with sauce & fruit, farmers sausage

Really dumb question coming... but here goes anyway! lol How do you cook your roasted carrots?? I almost never cook them because, well, just because! haha! But roasted sounds yummy!
